With eight years of professional experience, Jim Cross is considered an expert in computer repair and assembly. In 2006, he went into business for himself by establishing J. Cross PC Service & Repairs, a computer service center. As the sole proprietor, he performs on-site computer service and repair for both private and commercial customers, assembles custom computers, works on laptops, and sets up home networks. Mr. Cross relishes the challenge of working with computers and takes pride in the reputation for affordability, honesty and thoroughness that he has built in such a short period of time. Mr. Cross received his Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science and Business in 1991 from the New England Institute of Technology. He also holds an A+ certification.
