Pamela Hinton Choate has 12 years of experience as a technology specialist for Port Neches Groves ISD. She is responsible for training teachers, ensuring that all labs are operational, and maintaining all information technology on campus. She became involved in her profession after a fellow teacher showed her the impact of the Internet, and she attributes her success to her determination and ambition.

Ms. Choate received her master's degree from Liberty University in 1991. She is a member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, the International Society for Technology in Education, and NAPD.
