FREDERICKSBURG, TX, October 4, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cindy Bennett, Director of Software Purchasing for ACS, a Xerox Company, has been recognized by Cambridge's Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business administration.

With over 30 years of profession experience, Ms. Bennett is highly skilled in the software licensing arena, especially where it relates to special terms and conditions for outsourcers such as ACS. She has spent the last eight years as the Director of Software Purchasing at ACS, a Xerox Company; a company that employs 80,000 in over 100 countries. ACS is in the midst of merging her purchasing activities with Xerox's Global Purchasing, with Xerox now being their parent company, which employs an additional 50,000 employees in 160 countries. In her position, Ms Bennett licenses software such as Microsoft and IBM Passport Advantage which involves many complex licensing situations for ACS, internally, as well as the licensing of software on behalf of their clients. Licensing must be discussed and negotiated with solution architects, technicians, attorneys and the software publishers and resellers. Ms. Bennett directs a team of Purchasers in Monterrey, Mexico, remotely from her home office in Fredericksburg, TX.

In the past, Ms. Bennett worked for NCR Corporation for eight years and Texas Health Resources for twenty. In her free time, Ms Bennett works with her husband, a professional photographer, as a photographer at weddings and gala events. She was one of the first Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders from the 70's, and currently volunteers her services alongside her husband to Rotary International and the Hill Country Needs Council. It is her focused and goal-oriented nature that has led to her success.
